Technical Chapter Meetings
1. Purpose of this procedure
This procedure defines how to organise and conduct Technical Chapter Meetings to share
knowledge, align technical standards, and foster continuous professional development in line
with the organisation's strategic objectives.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to all internal Technical Chapter Meetings conducted by engineering,
architecture, and development teams across the organisation.
3. Definitions
Chapter Meeting - A regular session focused on a specific technical topic or discipline.
Presenter - An employee or invited expert responsible for leading the session.
4. Responsibilities Responsibility
Owns the process and ensures strategic alignment.
Role Organise and facilitate individual sessions.
